Arnold Sagonda is a seasoned legal professional with over nine years of experience in banking and finance, project finance, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and international tax structuring. He holds an LLB and a Master’s in Law (Commercial Law) from the University of Cape Town (UCT), complemented by Postgraduate Certificates in Banking & Financial Markets Law (Wits University) and International Tax Law (UCT).
