Our employment & benefits law team seek to provide answers for the day-to-day running of the business. The team provides timely advice and take pre-emptive action in dealing with disputes.

 

The team also seek to provide clients with regular updates on any developments and changes to legislation. Members of the team are experienced in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment & benefits related matters. 

The team can assist with the following but not limited to: drafting & negotiation of executive employment contracts, initiating & chairing of disciplinary hearings, CCMA proceedings, Labour Court reviews & applications, strikes, negotiations with Unions, drafting & development of policies together with assisting clients with complaints in respect of employee benefits. We provide advice to clients and conduct due diligence in respect of section 197 transfers. Members of the team also offer seminars, presentation and training on employment & benefits related issues.
