Arbitration

We assist clients with the arbitration of disputes arising out of contracts and business transactions. Our firm has expertise in commercial arbitration in respect of amongst others, the FIDIC, JBCC and IT-related agreements. We have also assisted senior or executive employees with disputes relating to remuneration and other forms of employment disputes. Our team has a track record of having successfully assisted senior/executive employees with arbitration proceedings in the CCMA and Bargaining Council.
